You will need the following for your appointment:
A pair of shorts or trousers that can be easily rolled up to over the knee. A selection of footwear, 1 to 3 pairs of shoes (footwear you wear daily/ and or your sporting footwear).

We use the Sidas range of insoles. These are designed for a variety of uses, sports and footwear.
