Orthotics
Orthotics & insoles play a crucial role as a biomechanical support for the human body. They can help reduce pain and pressure in the foot, ankle, and lower leg by redistributing load effectively. By supporting and aligning the foot, orthotics can help to reduce discomfort caused by a range of medical conditions such as Plantar Fasciitis, Mortons Neuroma, Achilles Tendonitis and Arthritis.
Orthotics may be used as a long-term solution to prevent pain and maintain function throughout life or as a temporary aid during a rehabilitation program to support recovery.
100% Custom Orthotics
Our custom orthotics are heat moulded directly to your foots profile to provide precise contact with your feet. Our team of experts will guide you through the process of selecting the right orthotics for you based on your pain, activity, and footwear type.

These orthotics are prescribed based on a thorough examination taking into consideration factors such as your feet shape, gait & overall biomechanics.

We use orthotics made from premium materials through the Podiatech OPCT range, to make sure you walk away supported and in comfort.
