Part-Time Receptionist / Administrator
​We are a well-established and friendly Podiatry and Sports Clinic looking for a reliable, organised and personable Part-Time Receptionist/Admin to join our busy team.
This is a patient-facing role at the heart of the clinic, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and can confidently manage a varied workload.

The Role

Welcoming patients in person and on the phone

Managing appointment bookings and diaries

Handling payments and basic accounts/admin tasks

Processing referrals, emails and correspondence

General reception and clinic administration duties

Supporting the clinical team with day-to-day admin
About You

Friendly, professional and approachable manner

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Confident using computers, email and booking systems

Able to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment

Previous reception or healthcare experience desirable but not essential
Hours

Part-time hours (Mondays are set days and 2 Tuesdays per month can be flexible)

Flexibility required to cover holidays
