The Sidas Gait Analysis is a service to help patients exercise and compete faster, stronger and injury free. Through a comprehensive assessment into your physical stance and movement, we can build a plan to help patients run, hike and move stronger with reduced risk of injury.

Our team will conduct a full assessment including medical history, body posture, foot & lower limb posture, strength & motion tests, gait assessment using our pressure plate system, and treatment plan discussion. Following your assessment and review of your medical history, this appointment may be suitable to help treat the following conditions:

For this appointment it is important to have the appropriate medical history as this will allow our therapists to identify and treat injuries more effectively. If you have any previous GP refferal notes, scans or test results please bring these with you.

A pair of shorts. A selection of footwear, 1 to 3 pairs of shoes (footwear you wear daily/ and or your sporting footwear).
